Haiku poet, Moppo Tomita born in Mukoujima Koumecho (3, Mukoujima) in 1897 did childishly and lost freedom of both legs and were not able to enter elementary school either. "Figure and winter room same as dog and cat" leave phrases such as "light lower autumn mekinu where burial clothes sewing hi () comes close" to. Wish that devised that we get artificial leg with tree and walk is expressed by issue of "mokuho". It is helped to embankment of pillow bridge by great earthquake disaster of 1923 and evacuated to this monument, but the sleeve of Sumida Park pillow bridge shows that it has been in the ground of the end.
