Former house trace monument of Issa Kobayashi, Enba Tatekawa

Leader of carpenter who lived, Izumiya sum assistant ha were people who has rendered distinguished services who brought back rakugo that became outdated and gave oneself with Enba Tatekawa or Enba Utei around here. In addition, this neighborhood is place where Issa Kobayashi of haiku poet lived. Issa moved to from (1804), Oshima (Koto-ku) in 1804.
